WARNING: STRONG ADULT LANGUAGE AND CONTENT!!! RECOMMENDED FOR 18& OVER

In most cases, one would expect a biological mother to be her daughter's ultimate soulmate and supporter. They are bound by blood and validated by genes as related members of the same gender sorority.

But, we found, that is not always the case. What happens when Mom  is envious of her daughter's youth ,vitality, opportunities, acheivements, even beauty and as sick as it may sound, the daughter's appeal to men?

What happens is something vile, dark, oppresive, demeaning and damaging. Its a subject not openly embraced, especially by the guilty, mean spirited, spiteful, and jealous Mothers.

On This Episode of The Rundown, Geo & MsQuietstorm go in hard on Mothers Hating on Daughters, in the quest to understand why, identify the veiled tactics these women use to demean and degrade their daughters. It's a hard gritty, brutally rhectorial discussion that hopefully will help some little girl or woman out of this dark abyss of mental misalignment.

The content of this episode is about men that have somehow become mislead into believing that castrating themselves to the point of being doormats for muddied stilettos will end successful in their quest to appease the embracing side of women.

We have all seen these men shackled by this need for approval from women? Even women will tell you at that level it's repulsive. All semblance of strength and confidence consumed by the quest gain approval , for what?

Life, and relationship coach Wayne Levine, also the author of the book " Hold On To To Your N.U.T.s" sorts it all out on this episode. From the importance of men bonding with each other, to the why women want a take charge man to how you can earn the respect of your woman as a take charge man. But you have to first hold on to your N.U.T.s. It's all on this episode.

The Lone Cougar Syndrome

It appears to be a glutton of women past 40 that are roaming the jungles of life in solitude. For some it's a preference, but for most, landing Mr. Right has become a perplexing dilemma that crashes head first with a state of urgency as the ticking clock and oncoming years take them further into the future.

Is there really a shortage of men? Or is there simply a shortage of good men? Or is simply an overabundance of women with standards misaligned with the portfolios of the average available man?

The GeoGee/Nakisha Experience investigated The Lone Cougar Syndrome, the supply and demand factor of men, and impact of women's standards on their individual inventory of available mates. And we share on this episode our factual findings. We share the true definition of a "Cougar". We also share the math that undeniably works against a cougar and their quest to lock down Mr. Right. We don't stop there however. We tell you how to work with the slim numbers, where to go where to look.

First let's give the recently coined term "Cougar" the correct definition it has in reference to older women. Everywhere you go these days someone is talking about cougar women. And it’s a beautiful thing that women who are 40 + are finally getting the props they deserve. Today’s “real cougar” is a confident, beautiful, sexy and financially independent woman. A real cougar is a woman of style and of grace. She is a leader who never apologizes for being successful, beautiful, or intelligent — she has worked hard for everything she has, and knows she is deserving of all the accolades that come with her achievements. Some have attempted to attach some cougar's preference to intimately date younger men to the true definition, when in fact who she sleeps with has nothing to do with the true definition.

Given all of this, however it seems to resonate a lot these days that these incredibly qualified and attractive women are finding the resources pool of equitable male partners bottoming out. This is slowing down the dating progress and of course derailing plans to the altar.

Consider
 42% of Black women aren't married;
 If every Black man in America married a Black woman today, one out of 12 Black women still wouldn't make it down the aisle if they hoped to marry a Black man;
 70% of professional Black women with B.A.s, M.D.s and J.D.s. are "still without the more elusive title: M-R-S."
 “At ages 40 to 49, there are twelve single women for every ten single men; at ages 50 through 59 the there are fifteen
women for every ten men, and by the time a woman is in her 60’s there are approximately ten men for every twenty-five women
Contributing factors to the unmarried women stats pertinent to African American women
 African American males make up approximately 46 % of the entire African American population
 African American Males have an average 10% High School dropout rate ( there's 10% right there that won't meet those women holding a standard requiring the man to have an HS diploma or higher).
 As of the year 2000 almost 11% of African American males were incarcerated. It's safe to surmise they won't make the cougar cut.
 Women live longer: The study by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported that the life expectancy of Black males is 67.3 years.
 For Black females the report showed that their life expectancy to be 74.7 years.

To be fair, there are an undocumented percentage of divorcees that wish not to be married. This doesn't impact the single women numbers, but plays a part in the unmarried numbers

For Cougars that may find the preferable man pool a little slim consider:
Attract what you want by being what you want. They know that like attracts like, so these women possess the qualities they are looking for in others. That’s the core of being a real cougar — creating your own reality.

Embrace happiness. With all the stress and pressure in today’s world, what real cougars understand is that happiness is a choice and the choice is always theirs. Take that choice!!!

Don’t be guided by fear. Even when a situation seems daunting or unfamiliar, they take a deep breath, make a plan and move ahead. Nothing is worse for a real cougar than feeling stuck. They know that to get what they want they have to take calculated risks. But, needless to say, real cougars will do everything they can to put the odds in their favor.

Don’t hand over your sexuality with your 40th birthday. Real cougars know that sex keeps getting better as they get older. It’s a myth that after 50 a woman has to trade her black lace lingerie for flannel jamies. A real cougar is comfortable in her own body and it’s this confidence that allows them to explore all areas of their sexuality. Real cougars make love with the lights on.
Give yourself the exposure you deserve. Take a page from product manufactures'.. Advertise that resplendency in the market you you're interested in acquiring. Get out of the house, attend social, functions, public events. Learn something new, like golf. Yes golf! What kinds of men play golf mostly? Successful, influential, older men that's who! And they are not all taken, if that was the case they wouldn't be on the golf course so much now would they?

Check out the grocery store, farmer's market, a lot of older seasoned men are into cooking.
Get off the internet Don’t fall prey to or waste valuable time playing the wishful dating game in these social sites. Oh some find Mr. Right this way while most find disappointment and wasted valuable time. Get up from the computer get out and meet some real tangible men. It's okay to kick it in social sites, just don't put real time socializing on hold or discard it altogether.

IS THERE A SHORTAGE OF MEN?
Consider
 African American males make up approximately 46 % of the entire African American population
 African American Males have an average 10% High School dropout rate ( there's 10% right there that won't meet those women holding a standard requiring the man to have an HS diploma or higher).
 As of the year 2000 almost 11% of African American males were incarcerated. The pot's getting thinner
 Factor in the gay and down low factor and I'd have to admit it looks like the cougars might be working with a short list.
No I can't subscribe to the rhetoric there is an over abundance of women with ridiculous standards, the numbers indicate the women are being short changed by circumstances for sure.

This was a very interesting show and the listeners walked away better informed on the cougar syndrome than they were berfore. The show was fun, entertaining, and very insightful. Give it a listen.
